Never Forget...
Jessie Murray - was charged with murdering a former police officer after a bar brawl in 2014. Jessie was protecting his wife when a group of white police officers surrounded him. Fearing for his and his wife life, Jessie left the bar to retrieve his car. Standing in front of his car outside the bar and gun in his pocket, Jessie awaited for his very intoxicated wife. During his non-violent and non-vocal wait, Jessie was jumped by the off duty officers. During the beating of the 5 white men Jessie's gun went off accidentally killing one of the assailants. During the last day of trial a deal was made by Clayton County District Attorney Tracy Graham Lawson dropping all murder charges but probation instead. 6/2017
Philando Castile - the St. Louis officer who shot this innocent man were found not guilty of all charges. Not guilty was heart-breaking but to hear his 4 year old step daughter who was in the back seat say to her mother, "i don't want you to get shooted" was depressing. 6/2017
