Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your item(s) were damaged or not received you may be eligible for an exchange or refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Returns:
Our policy lasts 14 days from the delivered date. To be eligible for a return, all item(s) must be returned and received to FFS within 14 days of the item{s} delivered date.
Before item(s) are shipped to the customer, they are inspected and photos sent to the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition when it was shipped. The item(s) must also be in the original packaging with tags.
Due to our low cost, we only offer conditional refunds and/or exchanges. Both explained below under "Exchanges" and "Refunds".
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as books, jewelry and downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with a digital front and back picture of the item(s). Once the pictures are inspected you will be provided a free return label.
Refunds:
Once your return item(s) is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund, first double check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund officially post.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Due to the company's regularly low prices, sale items are final sale. No refund, no exchanges.
Replacement:
We only replace damaged and/or non delivered item(s). If this happens, we will gladly replace the damaged or non delivered item(s). If the item(s) is no longer in stock, we will be happy to refund. Our apologies in advance if ever an item(s) is damaged upon your receipt. Gifts:
If the item(s) was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item(s) is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. Gift certificates are good for 90 days.
If the item(s) wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the purchaser and notify of return.

Once your digital pictures are inspected you will be provided a free return label.
If merchandise is damaged once received, no refund or exchange will be granted.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item(s) to reach you, may vary. All exchanges are mailed through the USPS unless otherwise specified.
